Welcome to the new online home for Terp Family Insurance!

The past couple of months have been very busy and very rewarding. We opened Terp Family Insurance on June 1st and we’ve already welcomed dozens of new and returning customers.

For those of you that are not yet familiar with us, Terp Family Insurance is an independent insurance agency, in other words, we provide choice. We are not limited to a single company with limited eligibility, coverage options, and price. Instead, we represent many top-rated insurance companies that are competing for your business.

When assessing policy options for my clients and potential clients, coverage is my focus over and above everything else. A premium savings, if there is one, is simply icing on the cake. When we get used to the same old coverage and paying the same old bills, it is in our nature to assume we are getting the most out of what we pay for. I, like everyone else, have the same mindset for many things. However, when it comes to something as important as your insurance coverage, my goal for new, existing and potential clients alike is the same. You need to understand not only what you pay for, but why you are paying for it. Once you understand a certain coverage for example, I'm not selling you anything.
