We shopped around at various local and online insurance companies. Although it’s sometimes hard to compare companies and rates we feel we did our homework. Justin was awesome to work with. He went over what we were purchasing to make sure we had the right coverage as well as reviewing the coverage for our policies for Home and Auto. He is very timely to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend Terp Family Insurance if you are looking for an insurance agent!

Justin has been a pleasure to work with! We had been with our previous insurance company for 40 years without any reassessments in the last 25 or so years, no major claims, yet our premiums kept increasing. We checked with Justin for alternative insurance coverage and were pleased with the results. Not only do we have much better coverage, but our premiums are significantly lower. Justin was pleasant, kind, and very thorough. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Justin Terp Family Insurance. Our only regret is that we didn't make the change sooner!

Justin was extremely through in reviewing our current coverage and in moving us to another insurance carrier for our home and vehicles. The new coverage is more comprehensive and the annual premium is less than we were quoted by our former insurance agent and carrier. Justin is very personable and made this change seamless. After using the same company for many years and never being asked to review or change anything as our family grew I decided to reach out to Justin to see what he had to offer. I am glad I did as our current coverage was nowhere near what we needed. Justin took the time to give us “insurance 101” and explain everything to us.
